Every ingredient we use was once intended for human consumption, allowing us to create treats with the same high-quality ingredients you’d expect to find in your own kitchen.

From the beginning, we’ve gone above and beyond to thoughtfully source better ingredients and make treats we can feel good about giving our own pets. Because they’re family, too.

We have an in-house sourcing team that is committed to using only human grade ingredients. The majority of our ingredients are sourced in the US, and occasionally we outsource as needed to get the best ingredients possible for our products.

We use black strap molasses in our treats as an all natural binding agent. It is actually very low in sugar, and not anything like the molasses you buy at the grocery store!

We recommend storing your products in an air-tight container in a cool, dark, dry room to keep them fresh & tasty for your dog.

We have a team of experts who have been formulating products for pets for over 25 years. We also ensure our product is safe & healthy by utilizing third party laboratories to ensure our food is at optimal nutrition levels, as well as a rigorous R&D process. In addition, we have an in-house Quality Assurance team that tests every batch before it goes out the door.

Billing occurs 2-business days prior to the ‘ship’ cadence that you selected. Once your payment method is charged, our shipping team gets to work carefully packing each order, and you should receive it in 2-4 business days. We offer flat rate $10 ground shipping on orders under $50, $5 flat rate ground shipping on orders $50-$100, and orders over $100 ship free!

Unfortunately due to the size of our products, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

We are unable to accept returns due to quality control policies at our facility, so we ask that you donate or dispose of any Wet Noses products that you are unable to use.
