Human Grade means fit for human consumption. Most products out there for pets are made with “feed grade” ingredients. This means the ingredients are not fit for human consumption. In addition, it may include by-products, chemicals, fillers, and parts from “4D” meats: animals which are dying, diseased, disabled, or deceased. From the beginning, we have gone above and beyond using better ingredients, because dogs deserve the best.

• We use black strap molasses in our treats as an all natural binding agent. It is actually very low in sugar, and not anything like the molasses you buy at the grocery store!

We recommend storing your products in an air-tight container in a cool, dark, dry room to keep them fresh & tasty for your dog.

Our complete & balanced Oven Baked Food is formulated to meet AAFCO's standards and sent for testing to ensure its at all required levels.

Our baked kibble is slow baked in an oven at lower temperatures than "regular" extruded kibble you normally see for dogs. Baking the kibble preserves more nutrients and allows for a more digestible food for your dog. Extruded kibble is cooked at high temperatures and then later has fats and preservatives sprayed on once its cooled to add bake in the flavor that is cooked out of it.

We have a team of experts who have been formulating products for pets for over 25 years. We also ensure our product is safe by doing all required AAFCO testing, as well as a rigorous R&D process.

Raw & fresh foods may expose your dog and others living in your house to pathogens. Feeding a cooked food is much safer for your pet & family.

We recommend a 7-10 day transition from your dogs existing
food to Wet Noses Oven Baked kibble. Gradually mix in our Oven
Baked Food, adding a bit more each day until you have fully
transitioned.

We have an in-house sourcing team that is committed to using only human grade ingredients. The majority of our ingredients are sourced in the US, and occasionally we outsource as needed to get the best ingredients possible for our products.

Our Oven Baked Food is shelf stable, no need to freeze or refrigerate! We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place in a clean resealable bag or container

For Wet Noses, Human Grade means that all of our ingredients as well as our facility are certified human grade. This means the ingredients we use are originally meant for human consumption, and our facility is USDA certified for making human grade products, not just "feed grade" products for pets.

Our Beef recipe does not contain any chicken our poultry, but it is made in the same facility and on the same equipment as our chicken products. For severe allergies, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before switching.
