The early days

Hot summer day in 2004!

This is a picture of me and m then 7 month old son, Aiden as we worked in a rented bakery space to do our first “big order” We were working most of the time out of our garage (7 days a week) and really struggling to make ends meet. Luckily, we were able to rent space in another bakery, 60 mikes away and work on the weekends when they weren’t in production. I still think back to these days and cannot believe how far we have really come. Its because of all our supporters!! WE LOVE YOU ALL!!
Thanks to all of you, from our family. We now have Aiden (5 years old) Olivia (almost two) and the “last one” on the way and due to arrive in May of 2010.
